Any help is much appreciated. Having successfully done this you should be able to delete the entire 'Elite Bar' folder in Program Files. If you open your browser and go up to the "view" button and select toolbars .....does the elite toolbar show up there .......and if you go into control panel ......add/remove programs I'm an instant life-long customer.
